Personal Training for Women's Health & Longevity

Hi, I'm Kasia.
I help women navigate menopause and postmenopause with greater strength, confidence and long term wellbeing through a combination of Pilates, evidence based strength training and nutrition coaching.
What makes my approach different is more than two decades of clinical experience working with the human body from the inside out.
For over 20 years, I worked as an Orthopaedic Theatre Nurse in a specialist surgical environment, gaining extensive firsthand experience of anatomy, joint function, musculoskeletal health and complex orthopaedic procedures.
I later advanced my clinical career by qualifying as a Surgical First Assistant through a UK university programme, developing further expertise in surgical anatomy, patient care and orthopaedic practice.
Today, I continue my professional career within healthcare as a Manager at NHS Supply Chain, where I work with orthopaedic and spinal solutions. I am also an independent panel member for ODEP Spine, contributing to quality assessment within the field of spinal implants.
Alongside my medical career, I have spent over six years teaching group Pilates classes, helping women improve strength, mobility, posture and confidence through movement.
I am a certified Pilates instructor, qualified Personal Trainer and certified Nutrition Coach. I continue to expand my knowledge through professional education with the British Orthopaedic Association and specialist training delivered by leading global orthopaedic manufacturers.
This unique combination of clinical experience, healthcare leadership and practical movement coaching shapes every programme I create.
My Philosophy: Clinical Understanding Applied to Movement
Menopause brings significant changes to a woman's body, particularly affecting bone density, muscle mass, joint health and recovery.
My approach goes beyond simply teaching exercises. It is based on understanding the individual, their body, their history and their goals.
With over 20 years of orthopaedic experience and more than six years supporting women through Pilates, I combine medical knowledge with practical coaching to create safe, effective and personalised programmes.
My sessions combine Pilates principles, evidence based strength training and nutritional guidance to help women build stronger bodies, protect their joints and maintain confidence as they age.
Although I do not practise as a physiotherapist, my medical background allows me to approach movement with a deeper understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and long term musculoskeletal health.
Every programme is individually designed around your needs, lifestyle and stage of life.
Private 1:1 Coaching
My private coaching is intentionally limited to a small number of clients.
This allows me to provide the highest level of personal attention, preparation and support.
If you are looking for individual coaching that combines clinical insight, movement expertise and years of experience working with the human body, I would be delighted to work with you.n orthopaedics. My background in clinical care and movement shapes everything I do today, as I combine evidence-based training with a deep understanding of how the body changes through midlife, menopause, and beyond to ensure you can train safely, effectively, and with confidence. I specialise in helping women and men build strength, improve posture, restore balance, reduce pain, and feel at home in their bodies again. My approach goes far beyond traditional fitness; I focus on strength, mobility, stability, bone health, and metabolic health—all essential for long-term wellbeing and independence. Whether your goal is to feel stronger, move without pain, improve energy, support hormonal health, or simply regain confidence, I create personalised coaching that fits your life and evolves with you. This is not about quick fixes or extreme training; this is about building a strong, capable body for life so you can stay active, independent, and confident well into your later years.

About me

The Midlife Shift: Why Conventional Workouts Are No Longer Enough

Menopause is not just a phase of hormonal fluctuations; it is a fundamental restructuring of your musculoskeletal system. As estrogen levels decline, women face a rapid drop in bone density, decreased joint lubrication, and accelerated muscle loss.

Standard, high-impact gym routines or generic fitness classes fail to address this shift. Without precise, clinically-informed management, they often lead to chronic joint pain, micro-injuries, and structural instability.

True longevity in midlife requires a deliberate departure from aggressive, exhausting workouts. The focus must shift entirely to joint preservation, targeted bone loading, and deep core stability. Your body has changed—your strategy must change with it.

The Blueprint for Midlife Health

01 / Muscle Engagement & Postural Alignment

Shifting away from superficial exercises that overload the neck and spine. The absolute priority is mastering the precise, intentional activation of the deep core and pelvic floor to restore posture and internal structural stability.

02 / Bone Density & Muscle Mass

Counteracting the rapid decline of oestrogen with targeted, evidence-based resistance protocols. Controlled mechanical loading is essential to stimulate bone remodelling while both retaining and actively gaining functional muscle mass.

03 / Personalised Patterns & Pain Relief

Moving beyond rigid fitness templates by utilising tailored movement patterns customised to individual needs—incorporating strategic high-impact training critical for bone health. This adaptive approach eliminates chronic micro-injuries and delivers targeted lower back pain relief.

04 / Flexibility & Structural Balance

Addressing joint stiffness and changes in connective tissue by integrating deep mobility work with functional balance protocols. Developing exceptional physical balance is critical for your future, directly preventing falls and safeguarding long-term independence and mobility as you age.

05 / Metabolic Base Optimisation

By building a strong muscular and metabolic base, you actively support metabolic efficiency and daily energy expenditure. This foundational strength helps manage the hormonal shifts that naturally slow down midlife metabolism, keeping your body efficient and resilient.
